All Dwellings This is a five-day course that provides expertise in the theory and practice of DEAP assessments for new and existing dwellings. Successful completion of the FETAC-accredited examination will enable participants to enrol for the SEI’s National Examination for BER Assessors to become eligible to register as BER (All Dwelling) Assessors. Non-Dwellings Introduction and SBEM Foundation Workshop This three-day course provides expertise in the theory and practice of SBEM assessments for non domestic buildings. The course prepares participants for the Interim Accreditation exam set by BRE Ireland, with a view to accreditation by SEI as non-domestic BER Assessors.
