Clive
Rowland joined Rickaby Thompson Associates Ltd in January 2008, after
eighteen years working in the IT industry, in both the private and
public sectors. He is an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and
On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA) through the National
Home Energy Rating (NHER) scheme. Clive’s main area of interest is improving the energy efficiency of existing dwellings, including Building Regulations Part L1B compliance assessments; he is currently piloting the Home Action Plan scheme with the Energy Saving Trust. clive.rowland@rickabythompson.com
