Cecilia Eisner studied architecture at the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Urbanism, University of Buenos Aires , and holds a masters degree in environmental design and engineering from the Bartlett School of Graduate Studies, University College London.
Before joining Rickaby Thompson Associates she worked in architectural practice in Buenos Aires . She is an accredited On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA) through the National Home Energy Rating (NHER) scheme. Cecilia is also experienced in the use of a wide range of energy and environmental assessment methods including BREEAM, EcoHomes, ENVEST and TAS.
She has particular experience of Building Regulations, Parts L1A L1B compliance assessments, including new dwellings and the refurbishment, extension and change-of-use for existing dwellings.
